The government of the Republic of Somaliland welcomes the acknowledgment and remarks made by farmajo's adminstration that Somalia is in no position to interfere the Historic bilateral ties between Somaliland and Ethiopia, and to accept that Somaliland is an important actor in the region and cannot be ignored. ..................................
