Apparently, this divines well for the unrecognized country, so far important issues must be resolved before they reach a substantial triumph.
Analysis: Somaliland is a country which has experienced surpassing changes in expenditure patterns and lifestyle over a past two decades due to conflict, urbanization, mercantile conditions and droughts. For a many partial these changes have had certain impact to the society nonetheless there are some technology advancement in the country but they do not reach as it was expected.
A failed country is when a nation’s government is no longer capable of providing law and order for its territory. A country failure is predominantly man made, not merely accidental. Institutional fragilities and structural flaws contribute to failure, but those deficiencies usually hark back to decisions or actions of men, very rarely women.
Political stability is a major threat for global security, thus, becoming a theatre of strategic competition between the West and emerging powers including China, Turkey, Malaysia, etc. Somaliland has a lot of advancement in technology and such as Telecommunications, Multimedia, advancement of the governmental universities, private schools internet applications; mobile banking system (zad service) security Piracy off the coast of Somalia there is no Piracy in Somaliland.
However there are some important issue we need to consider the Somaliland economy increase triple during Minister of Finance Eng. Mohamed Hashi work and stop all kinds of corruption illegal usage of the budget of this country. He said in his speech to house of parliament “we need use modern technology.” so while I am in my office I can know the increase development of the tax and everything.
And now there is growing at an alarming rate and threatens to drastically disrupt in job opportunities and international trade, which results in some illegal acts of violence, detention, or any act of depredation, committed for public and private.
Somaliland is appalling the development programs by a lack of infrastructure. Technology, and low human development indicators. On the development of successful country the government should make development program, financial plan Target and mission to achieve.
We need to improve our country in terms of education Technology and other infrastructures and create job opportunities to the teenagers of Somaliland because “every politician says we need a change we need development of the country and when they win nothing is takes place.”

It is there where he pledged more aid, financial help, and greater measures to fight terrorism in the African nation. However, the rationale behind the re-focus can perhaps be explained by events in the Arabian Gulf, and petroleum exploration in Somaliland.
It is unquestionable that our economy Increase during Eng. Mohamed Hashi era. In Somaliland will give the country not only economic, but also political, and social opportunities. It will boost Somaliland’s economic development program, using modern technology and university students can make a such profound development where it can then spend on job training, education, as well as infrastructure development; which are the most central points as much as social benefits of each developed country .

“Truly, God does not change the condition of a people until they change themselves.” (Quran 13:11)
Some people have misconception about this If yes, then you are what we call… illusion it is safe to say that the Somaliland will be the same each year, Look at the politicians during elections every candidate will address we need a change and nothing will appear.
Finally, it is significant to mention that government should have development programe 2012 can present economic, social Technology and political developments; however, these benefits can help and create jobs and develop the citizens.
